This oceanfront, corner condo is located on the first floor and has all the amenities of home, including plenty of seating in the living room where you can savor your favorite shows on the huge flatscreen cable TV. Step outside, have a seat on the balcony, and relax in the fresh ocean air. You'll also find a completely equipped kitchen with all the necessary major and modest appliances (including a stacked washer/dryer), a dining table for six, and additional seating at the counter.
