Bliss and contentment are yours at Green Gables. You will be amazed at the space in this classic, immaculately kept, Emerald Isle beach home.
Stepping into the ground level entry the rec-room with twin over double bunk bed, seating area with enormous screen TV, and full bath are to your right. A great area for the kiddos!
The second floor of Green Gables is where all the action happens! It homes the kitchen, living room, and sizable master suite. The kitchen is sure to make the chefs in the family excited to prepare meals throughout their vacation. Not only is the kitchen expertly equipped it has new counters, cabinets, and appliances. The living room is within earshot and offers 2 story ceilings and furnishings for all. There is a half bath on this level for added convenience. Just off the living room and kitchen is the huge screened-in porch that overlooks the swimming pool.
The swimming pool at Green Gables is one of the biggest and most private within the community. What accompanies a amazing pool? Parlor chairs and picnic tables of course... both of which are supplied.
The Primary suite which is located off the living room and kitchen is furnished with a well-appointed king bed and private bath. The private bath has a bespoke standing shower and soaking tub for the Queen of the home and a double vanity so there is room for all.
As you head up the stairs to the 3rd level you will find two vibrantly decorated guest rooms, one with a queen bed the other with twin beds. These two bedrooms share the shower/combo hall bath. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all bed linens are laundered between guests.
Green Gables is located in the Spinnaker’s Reach community. The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This is about a 10 min. walk to the beach or an even faster golf cart ride.
