Bathroom 2 is en suite w/shower/tub combo
Bathroom 3 has entry door from bedroom with a walk in shower/glass door and also has an entry door from the hallway.
☆ Additional owner rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in separate from the booking platform.
☆Our unit is NOT ocean front but DOES provide a elegant view of the water. Our unit is not wheelchair accessible and no refunds can be made if elevator is out of order. Guest must be able to use stairs to access the third floor of the building where the condo is located.
☆Our 3 BR, 3 Bath condo is on the third floor which provides a handsome view of the water. The building is third row, staggered with a fast 5 min walk to the beach access.
☆Only motor cars such as cars, pickup trucks and motorbikes are allowed to be parked in the lot.
☆ A basic starter pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, two trash bags, and dish soap is included at check in. You will need to supply any additional products beyond the starter pack.
About the Area
Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is near theme parks and by the sea. Emerald Plantation and Beach Wheels Bike Rental are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Emerald Isle Beach and Emerald Isle Woods Park. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
