Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

There is a Dining area as well as a Kitchen/ Bar area that is entirely equipped with Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge, microwave, Attached ice maker & dishwasher.

Master Bedroom#1 has a King Bed, covered deck access & private bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed with deck access. Bedroom #3 has King Bed with Deck Access. One Full Bath is located in hall.
