Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

A-304 Pebble Beach is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Third Floor Oceanfront Condo. The Living Area leads out to an oceanfront balcony that overlooks the pool & ocean. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher, ice maker & microwave. Wet Bar. Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, a Full Bath and an oceanfront balcony. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a modest balcony. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed and a modest balcony. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer. Ceiling Fans. Water Softener.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are supplied with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Getting the most from your rental home budget:

  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
