This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath bungalow is ideal for families, including your furry friends, with a pet-friendly policy (DOGS only, max. of 2, with a non-returnable fee of $150 per dog per week).

The private pool and double outdoor showers at the back of the home provide the ideal spot to cool off after a day at the beach. The screened porch and sundeck offer relaxing spaces to relax while overlooking the backyard.

The ground floor features a garage housing the supplied golf cart and a roomy kid-friendly room with a twin-over-double bunk bed and a separate twin. This private getaway is ideal for kids and teens to relax and have their own space.

**Main-Level Living**
The main level features an open-plan great room with living, dining, and a sizable, well-equipped kitchen—ideal for the family chef. The primary suite is also on this level, featuring a King bed and private bath. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a half bath, and access to the screened porch and sundeck complete this level.

At the top of the stairs, a comfortable loft with a daybed welcomes you. On either side of the loft are two guest rooms: one with a Queen bed and private bath, and another with a Twin and Double bed and private bath. As part of Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise, all bed linens, including comforters, are newly laundered between guests for your comfort and tranquility of mind. Please note that the kayaks pictured are not available for guest use.
