The private pool and double outdoor showers at the back of the home provide the ideal spot to cool off after a day at the beach. The screened porch and sundeck offer peaceful spaces to relax while overlooking the backyard.

The ground floor features a garage housing the included golf cart and a cavernous kid-friendly room with a twin-over-double bunk bed and a separate twin. This private getaway is ideal for kids and teens to relax and have their own space.

The main level features an open-plan great room with living, dining, and a enormous, well-equipped kitchen—ideal for the family chef. The primary suite is also on this level, featuring a King bed and private bath. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a half bath, and access to the screened porch and sundeck complete this level.

At the top of the stairs, a comfortable loft with a daybed welcomes you. On either side of the loft are two guest rooms: one with a Queen bed and private bath, and another with a Twin and Double bed and private bath.
