- Well supplied with appliances (full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, toaster and washer/dryer)

- Living area includes a 55 inch flat screen Roku TV (Netflix & Disney+ included). Please note we do not have cable due to the amount of streaming services supplied

- Queen Mattresses (highly rated memory foam bed), additional blanket, and a box fan available in each room

- Intelligent Plugs and Lamps in bedrooms

- Roku Intelligent TV within each bedroom

- High-speed WiFi

- Pet friendly for friendly family pets! Non-returnable pet fee of $150 applies. Animals MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process to incorporate the pet fee into the total price. Limit is (normally) 2 dogs; no other animals allowed. Please review the home rules for our full pet policy.

- We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT supplied.

- We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

- Pac N Play and High Chair supplied, if needed!

- Inviting Work Space within one bedroom if you have to work a little before you can have some fun!

- Reserved driveway parking for 2 cars directly in front of the space

- The entire top unit is yours!

- Conveniently located deck box to store beach cart, chairs, beach toys, and anything you may bring along with you

- The outdoor shower and the washer/dryer are shared spaces with the bottom unit.
