Pier Pointe 1B2 is a Second Floor Oceanfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo. Ideal for families or seniors who need a limited amount of steps! Covered deck with furnishings, gorgeous vistas, and a community beach walkway. Condo has been decorated with a bright coastal flare.

Living Area faces the ocean and has TV, DVD player, CD Player. Dining Area. Sizable Kitchen has bar seating, wet bar area, dishwasher & microwave. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed and a Full Bath with a Jacuzzi Tub. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin over Double Futon Bunk beds. Full Bath in Hall. Central Heat & Air. In unit Washer/Dryer. Rockers and Tables make on-deck vistas of vistas a visitors heaven.

The Pier Pointe Condo Community is located in the handsome town of Emerald Isle! These condominiums offer a slew of impressive amenities that the whole family will be sure to appreciate! Each building at Pier Pointe is 3 stories high and contains 6 units. Please note that elevators are not available at this location.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
