Pier Pointe 2A3 is a Third Floor Oceanfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo with beautiful ocean and sound vistas from both decks. Solid surface kitchen countertops. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, wireless high speed Internet access, 3 cable TVs (wallmounted flat screen in MBR), DVD player, 2 iPod docking stations, wet bar, hottub in master bath. Two decks with patio furnishings. Close proximity to pool.

The Pier Pointe Condo Community is located in the pretty town of Emerald Isle! These condominiums offer a slew of handsome amenities that the whole family will be sure to savor! Each building at Pier Pointe is 3 stories high and contains 6 units. Please note that elevators are not available at this location.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
