Pine Knoll Townes 92 is a Two Level Oceanfront 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Townhouse in the Oceanfront Pine Knoll Townes Community Complex.

Simple 250 foot walk to the beach from the outdoor Community Swimming Pool with Observation Deck and Beach Access Walkway! High Speed Wireless Internet is available In-Unit and throughout the complex!

Total Bed Count: 1 King, 2 Doubles, 1 Queen Sleeper Couch (Linens are NOT supplied for sleeper couch).

Conveniences Include: In-Unit High Speed Wireless Internet; 1 Intelligent TV with Basic Cable; Central HVAC, Ceiling Fans; In-Unit Washer/Dryer; Entirely Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Covered Deck and Balcony both with Furnishings, Charcoal Grille.

Pine Knoll Townes Community Conveniences: Community WIFI, 3 Oceanfront Swimming Pools (typically open May 1 - Sept 30 daily 9am - 10pm) each with a Beach Access Walkway and Observation Deck Space, Outdoor Shower Area, Grass Courtyard Areas. Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is by the ocean. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway. Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting.
