This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located on the sound side of the island in gorgeous Atlantic Beach. Savor time out on the water, by bringing your boat to dock at the private dock! Deep water access at boat dock. Will accommodate up to a 22' boat.

Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, TV, and Private Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, Twin Bed, TV, and Shared Bath. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bunk with Shared Bath. The living room has a flat screen TV, 1 DVD Player and Deck access.

Additional amenities include: 3 Flat Screen TVs, Gas and Charcoal grille, Washer and Dryer, Modest chest Freezer on ground level, Totally Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Blender & Crock Pot. Covered Decks with furnishings and Porch Swing on the ground level.

Linens and Towels Supplied for Weekly Stays Only.

Rents weekly Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with 3 nighttime minimum during the off season.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
