In this gated community, you will savor convenient private beach access, two outdoor pools, a year round heated indoor pool, exercise center, kiddie pools, tennis courts and grilles. This is the ideal location to relax on the beach or venture out on the bicycle paths that lead to cozy stores for shopping, local eateries, live entertainment, water parks, go carts, mini golf, breweries, and grocery stores. Appreciate the well manicured, broad grounds with lush vegetation and palm trees as you listen to the waves on the screened in porch. The condo is refreshed with a completely equipped kitchen and dining area to appreciate a family meal. There is a king sized bed in the enormous master bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom.
