Queens Court is an oceanfront condominium complex within walking distance, not only to the ocean, but to the waterslide, miniature golf, eateries, shopping, go-carts, arcades & more! Sports courts (facility only – equipment is not supplied), outdoor swimming pool (pool typically open May 15 - October 15 9am - 9pm), and courtyard grilles make your vacation even better. Buildings have courtyard atrium gardens & waterfalls. 24 hour security gate. Oceanfront gazebo with seating, private walkway & outside showers. Elevators in each building. Sorry, No Animals.

Queens Court 1208 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Angled Oceanfront Condo with a private balcony. Living Area has a Intelligent TV with access to streaming apps and access to the outdoor balcony! Dining Area has seating for four. The Totally Equipped Kitchen/bar Area has a microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker.

Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, Flat Screen Intelligent TV with access to streaming apps and a Private Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed. A Full Bath is located in the hall.

Additional Conveniences: 2 Flat Panel Intelligent TVs, Wireless Internet, and Washer/Dryer.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Golf carts are not allowed.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
