You will have access to the outside swimming pool (open during the season), tennis courts, outside grilles, and outside showers. Let’s not forget the great vistas you will see staying at Pier Pointe condominiums, You will see alluring vistas of the ocean and the sound. You can also take advantage of the oceanfront walkways with covered seating overlooking the ocean. Each building is 3 stories with 6 condos per building. No elevators.
