The Oceanside Retreat Is a bespoke modernized oceanfront corner unit condo on the 3rd floor with magnificant vistas of the ocean!!! Previously called “Leg-a-Sea”, Not only is this unit at A Place At The Beach but it’s just a few min. walk to the ocean & pool. , With an elevator and tons of fantastic features - a well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, fast wifi, intelligent TVs , king in master bedroom & queen in guest room you won’t need a thing! Marble counters w/refreshed baths! Tons of storage & great open layout with gorgeous vistas awaits!

The space:

The Oceanside Retreat is a phenomenal updated 3rd floor corner oceanfront Unit! As you step in you will appreciate the marvelous vistas! You’ll be greeted in the hallway where there is a separation from both bedrooms off of the kitchen and living room area.

The master bedroom has its own full bathroom with step in shower and granite vanity. There is tons of storage in this room along with the washer and dryer in the closet area ceiling fan and intelligent tv.

The guest bedroom is off of the living room, separated at the other end of the condo. It has a queen bed, dresser, ceiling fan and storage. The hall bath for this bedroom is off of the kitchen area, which has a wonderfully updated design.

In the open living room, you will have plenty of super comfortable seating for everybody with ocean vistas. There’s also a private balcony off of this area and a fabulous dining area to appreciate all together for meals and games! There is also a enormous intelligent TV as well to savor while calming or for movie nighttime!

The kitchen is well equipped and completely supplied for your stay! It’s a outstanding updated kitchen with tons of storage and a very functional design for preparing meals or fast snacks for the family for a day at the beach or pool:)

Appreciate all the amenities that A Place at the Beach has to offer such as the pool with water slide, the indoor pool and hot tub , outdoor areas, the mini golf, playground Grille area, and plenty of sun loungers on your vacation. Also tons of other amenities such as a bocci and basketball court. This place has it all! There are also beach towels and chairs for you to use and wristbands and a packet you will get for when you check in:)

Guest access:

The guests have access to the entire resort and may use wristbands to enjoy all the facilities. There’s also beach access off of this resort.

Other things to note:

Please note that you will have to get a packet when you check in at the front desk. If you check in after hours, there will be a packet left for you but the rest of the packet you will sign for the next morning and it will include your parking pass and wristbands for your stay.
