How to find the best Atlantic Beach vacation home experience:

When to visit & When to reserve a Atlantic Beach rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Beaufort, NC area. To get the most suitable vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Beaufort, NC attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • In the Beaufort, NC area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
  • Many rental management companies supply Beaufort, NC area visitors guide magazines which will include special offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Filter your search:

  • Choose dates and budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. SeaSpray 350, Oceanfront Condo in Atlantic Beach, NC! has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed types is commonly available on booking websites. If not, email or call the property manager before you reserve the property. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds. You will need to work out what is best for your family.
  • If there's a particular Beaufort, NC attraction you love, browse homes that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking.
  • Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Pet fees or charges could be applied to your agreement.

Advice for a great stay:

  • Be sure you get the host's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental. We recommend storing the manager's information in your smartphone.
  • During arrival, note any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Keep records of all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
  • Property managers are available to help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be an excellent resource to find the best local spots.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are out, just like you would back home.
  • Double-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to propel more bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
