After booking, guests are required to complete a simple rental agreement through Away by the Sea. The agreement outlines home rules, property details, and local requirements to help ensure a smooth and fun stay.

House Rules

• Keep it comfortable, not crazy! We ask that there be no events or sizable gatherings to ensure a relaxing stay for everybody.

• Quiet time is 11pm to 9am — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers!

• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled for you quickly. Text is best!

• Backyard Etiquette: Kindly keep the outdoor space clean and tidy so it remains enchanting for everybody.

• Towel Care: Please do not use the white bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths to remove makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or clean up spills or messes. Black makeup towels are included specifically for makeup removal. Damaged or permanently stained towels may result in replacement charges.

• If you use the supplied beach towels, please wash and dry them before checkout so they`re ready for the next guests.

• Please also be sure to clean the grille after use if there is a grille at this property.

• Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property to help maintain a clean, fresh environment for all guests.

• Starter kit supplied with essential items for your arrival.

• Minimum age is 25 years old to book at this property.

TRASH & RECYCLING

Before checkout, please take all trash and recycling to the curb according to the collection schedule and instructions posted on the refrigerator.

If trash and recycling are not placed at the curb as directed, a $50 fee will be charged to cover the additional trip required for disposal.
