213 West Sound of the Sea - Summer Breeze is a 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Almost Oceanfront condo that features marvelous surrounding vistas. Appreciate the handsome vistas from the Living Area with access to the covered deck with deck furnishings.

The Living Area has a TV. The Kitchen/Bar Area is entirely equipped with a coffee maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, and blender for your convenience.

The Bedroom has a Queen Bed and TV.

Sound of the Sea is an oceanfront condominium complex within walking distance to everything! Two outdoor swimming pools (closed off-season), clubhouse & tennis courts. Walk to the beach, eateries, shopping and more. Gated community. Elevators from ground level. Sorry, no family pets. Wireless Internet Access Included!

Reminder: The modest complex pool will reopen in the spring for guest use!

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
