Ground-level cavernous conference room for 150 next to the pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings, or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a outstanding beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds B-601 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath Penthouse Oceanfront condo. The penthouse suite is a private key access floor giving you tons of privacy while on vacation! RELAX and take in beautiful vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from the covered and uncovered oceanfront balcony. Master bedroom #1 has a King Bed with a Private Bath, Flat Screen TV, and BluRay Player. Bedroom #2 has a King Bed with a shared Bath and a TV. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed with a shared bath and a TV. Full Kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stand-alone ice maker. The roomy Living Room has a Color Cable TV and BluRay DVD Player.

Additional Conveniences Include 2 TVs, 2 BluRay DVD Players, Water Treatment System, Outdoor Decks, Deck Furnishings, Coffee Maker, Constructed-in Range Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Icemaker, Keurig, and Dishwasher.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
