LIVING ROOM
The living room features comfortable leather couches and a sizable 55" intelligent TV. There is a modest desk/ work station great for setting up your laptop in the living area as well. The Wi-Fi is super fast. Tile floors make hosting pets a breeze!

MASTER BEDROOM
The comfortable master suite features king size bed, huge private bathroom, enormous dresser, and a sizable walk in closet. Master suite is on opposite side of home from other bedrooms for added privacy. 43" intelligent TV is mounted on the wall. All beds and pillows are entirely encased. Iron and ironing board are located in master closet. All bedroom closets have additional blankets.

MASTER BATHROOM
Savor a private master bathroom with great water pressure in your shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, and wash clothes are included.

MASTER CLOSET
Off the bathroom is a large walk-in closet with plenty of hangers great for storing clothes and bags. There you will find a pack n' play, additional blankets, iron, and ironing board.

KITCHEN
The kitchen table is seats 6 adults comfortably, but you can comfortably squeeze more kids onto the bench seating. The kitchen itself is fully supplied with all the silverware and appliances needed to prepare home-cooked meals. We provide Keurig and drip coffee makers, coffee, creamer, and sweeteners.

2 ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS
The other two cozy bedrooms share a full bath. One bedroom features a queen size bed, two modest nighttime stands, a closet, and a wall-mounted intelligent TV. The other bedroom has a full over twin bunk bed, modest dresser, closet, and flat screen TV with Roku.

GARAGE/ GAME ROOM
A pool table transforms the garage into a game room. Garage is insulated and includes a portable AC unit to keep the heat at bay during summer. A heater is supplied for cold weather as well. Board games provide for fun in any weather.

BACKYARD
The large fenced-in backyard is ideal for kids and pets. The fencing is privacy fence on one side, and chain link along the back and other side. The back porch holds a propane grille and an outdoor patio table with 6 chairs and a large umbrella.

PARKING
The driveway holds three cars and one can park on street in front of home.

Free on-site washer and dryer. We provide a couple of laundry pods and dryer sheets.
