Sunshine Estate is packed with opulent amenities designed for an memorable oceanfront vacation. Take a dip in the private infinity pool or relax in the theater room for a comfortable movie nighttime. This home also features a roomy game room with a pool table and a sizable-screen Intelligent TV, plus a completely equipped gourmet kitchen with double ovens and a Keurig coffee maker. Outdoors, you'll find a sunbathing deck, gas grille, private walkway to the beach, and an outdoor shower to get the sand off. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and appreciate entertainment on 10 Intelligent TVs throughout the home.

Sunshine Estate features eight cavernous bedrooms spread across two levels, comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests. On the first floor, you'll find four bedrooms: one with a Queen bed and Twin/Double bunk, ideal for kids or a modest family, along with three additional rooms—two with Queen beds and one with a King—all equipped with Intelligent TVs and sharing two bathrooms. Upstairs, the second level offers four more bedrooms, including two luxurious King suites with private bathrooms and balcony access for impressive ocean vistas. The other two upstairs bedrooms also feature King beds and Intelligent TVs, sharing a bathroom. For added flexibility, the home includes a Queen sleeper couch, making this the ideal layout for enormous families or groups traveling together.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
