House Rules

• Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no events or enormous gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everybody.

• Quiet time is 9 PM to 7 AM — please help us keep things relaxing for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers.

• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled quickly for you. Text is best!

• No family pets allowed at this property.

• Towel Care: Please do not use the white bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths to remove makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or clean up spills or messes. Black makeup towels are supplied specifically for makeup removal. Damaged or permanently stained towels may result in replacement charges.

• No smoking inside the home

• Only registered guests are allowed at the property

• All TVs in the home are Intelligent TVs. Guests are welcome to log into their personal streaming accounts during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

• Please be sure to clean the grille after use, if applicable.

• Starter kit included with essential items for your arrival.

• Minimum age to book is 25 years old.

TRASH & RECYCLING

Before checkout, please take all trash and recycling to the curb according to the collection schedule and instructions posted on the refrigerator.

If trash and recycling are not placed at the curb as directed, a $50 fee will be charged to cover the additional trip required for disposal.
