The open-concept living and dining area provides a welcoming space to relax after a day in the sun, while the in-unit laundry closet with an over/under washer and dryer adds everyday ease.

The home comfortably accommodates guests within roughly 900 square feet and features two well-appointed bedrooms:

Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, ideal for family or friends

TVs with Roku devices and Spectrum streaming are available in the living room and both bedrooms.

Pet Policy:
Dogs are welcome with pre-approval (max. of 2 dogs, 50 lbs or less). A non-returnable pet deposit of $130 per stay will be added. Guests are welcome to inquire about bigger dogs prior to booking. Any unregistered dogs will result in the pet fee being deducted from the damage deposit.

Linens & Towels:
Crisp linens are supplied as part of the cleaning fee, with all beds made upon arrival. Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not supplied, and bath towels should not be removed from the bungalow.

Guest Services & Deposit:
Personal concierge service at check-in and check-out is supplied, providing a single point of contact for questions, maintenance needs, or after-hours emergencies. A $500 damage deposit is applied only upon inspection at check-out and is not required upfront.
