As a member of our Blue Pearl collection, By the Boardwalk provides an upgraded linen package, with the beds made for you, and comes with a heated pool (may be heated upon request for $650/week + tax), a hot tub, and an elevator. Walking to the upper floors of By the Boardwalk you will savor countless ocean vistas on each level with huge oceanfront windows in the living area and access to the outdoor covered decks. When not taking in the delightful vistas of the Crystal Coast you can appreciate a calming time at the pool.This home is ideal for a family to spend time with each other, but still have their own space. Access all levels of this home using the convenience of an Elevator.

Ground Level: On this level, you will also have direct access to a the grille private pool and hot tub.Beach access is just steps away, right outside backgate.

Level One: This level is equipped with 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, TV and private bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, TV and access to the oceanfront deck. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed, TV and access to the oceanfront deck. Bedroom #2 and #3 share the hall bath.

Level Two: The main kitchen and living area with access to handsome vistas on the oceanfront deck, is found here. There is plenty of seating for all your family and friends with a dining table and bar seating to enjoy a delicious meal cooked in the entirely equipped kitchen. This open floor plan home makes it simple to entertain the crowd this home can comfortably hold. There is a half bath on this level and also a cover deck opposite of the ocean front to catch a glimpse of life in the town of Atlantic Beach.

Level Three: This level features two more bedrooms. You will find Bedroom #4 has a King Bed with a private bath and TV with a covered oceanfront deck. Bedroom #5 has 2 Twin beds with TV and private bathroom.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
