Calm Tide is the ideal family getaway. This handsome home features 2 bedrooms (3 beds) with additional IKEA rollout bed in private area near kitchen and private studio in back yard with IKEA rollout bed. It has 1.5 bathrooms plus cavernous outdoor shower. Stainless steel appliances throughout the kitchen, a sizable master suite with flat screen TV. Second bedroom features full over queen bunk bed with flat screen TV and reading area. There is an additional bedroom space located off the kitchen, with couch / pull out full bed, TV and a curtain providing privacy. Studio located in back yard has a pull out IKEA bed, vintage coffee table, TV, refrigerator, & Mini split Heat/AC. Bring your hammock and relax in the roomy fenced in backyard while cooking out on the grille, or relax around the fire pit on chilly fall nights. With Calm Tide located in the peaceful & spacious section of Ann Street, you can savor a walk or use the (4) supplied bicycles to ride to the local stores and eateries in historic downtown Beaufort. Calm Tide is centrally located- one block from Taylor Creek, 3/4 mile from Beaufort town center or Boat House Marina in the opposite direction where there is a public boat and kayak launch.
This home is also only 10 mins. from Morehead City Waterfront and Atlantic Beach! Please note that inside fireplace is for decoration only, and not operable, appreciate the outside patio fire pit instead. Ample parking in driveway and room for boat trailer. Substantial fenced in backyard, no family pets on premises please and No Smoking. Security Camera outside facing driveway and on front porch, not in use during stay.
