Welcome to Sea La Vie at Olde Towne Yacht Club – your serene waterfront getaway on the Crystal Coast!

Wake up to striking sunrises and wind down with memorable sunsets from your private balcony. Watch dolphins play, boats cruise by, and nature at its best—all from the comfort of your condo. Perfectly located between Beaufort and Morehead City, this relaxing escape is ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking a calming coastal hideaway.

Inside, you'll find a bright, open-concept space blending coastal appeal with modern comfort. The primary suite offers a king bed with a private bath, while two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed and share a second full bath. Every room has a intelligent TV with basic cable for your convenience.

The kitchen is entirely supplied with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and all the essentials to prepare anything for breakfast to a gourmet dinner. Step outside to the balcony to sip your morning coffee or relax at sunset as you take in the impressive vistas.

We provide fresh linens, bath towels, coffee supplies, spices, paper products, soaps, and beach chairs and accessories. Boat slips are available for rent directly from the on-site Dock Master.

Note: Our HOA does not allow family pets. Security cameras are in place in all public areas. (Owned and Operated by the HOA)

To ensure everybody's comfort and enjoyment, please review the following agreed-upon rules
*Provide the names of all guests staying at the condo
*Respect the Rental as you would your own home

*Quiet hours are from 11 PM on weekdays / 12 AM on weekends
