The Living area has direct access to the Oceanview Covered Deck with furnishings, including a kid size picnic table. The Gourmet Kitchen and dining area are also included in the open concept plan providing ample seating for you and your family. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to have a formal dinning experience or a coastal seafood boil. All that you could need is supplied, including sizable pots for a boil, porcelain serving trays and cookware, a plethora of stemware, and multiple baking sheets, so you can bake to your hearts content. There is also a gas stove with warming drawer and stand alone wine cooler right underneath the wetbar. The Gourmet Kitchen is equipped with 2 Dishwashers, Waffle Maker, Coffee Maker, Oven, side by side Fridge, Blender, Microwave and dine at bar with seating for eight. You will find Master Bedroom #1 on this level as well, features a King Bed, TV, Direct Deck Access and a Private Bath with hottub tub. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has two queen beds, a shared bathroom and direct access to the covered oceanview deck. (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
