The third bedroom is furnished with a twin over twin bunk bed, a TV, and deck access, sharing the second bathroom.

The second floor features a wooden staircase leading to the open living area with cathedral ceilings, wood floors, and two accesses to a cavernous semi-covered deck with ample seating and a dining table. The completely equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice maker, as well as modest appliances like a slow cooker, blender, and two coffee makers (Keurig and Mr. Coffee). (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
