This huge family friendly home is a Stunning 5 bedroom ( 5 Bedroom if count the game room murphy bed) 4 bath home and has vistas of the ocean. The home has a private Heated pool exclusively for you and your guests.

There are entrances to the home from each level. If you choose to enter from the second level, you are greeted with a Giant light filled living area with a open floor plan. Look to your left and you see an open kitchen with all NEW stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. There are two full-size fridges.
One in the kitchen and one located in the ground floor pool room for entertaining.
The dining area seats 14. ( 10 at the table and 4 at the island )
The kitchen has all of the modest appliances, pots and pans, and serving silverware that you will need for a week of visiting.
Just off the dining area is a sizable game room with a slate top pool table and the kids favorite, air hockey table. At nighttime the game room doubles as a fifth bedroom with a queen size Murphy bed.
Down the hall from the living area is the master bedroom with King size bed.
Second floor has a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Just off the living area is the second floor bath with a walk-in shower and jetted tub.
Step out side on the 10 x 40 foot porch with gas grille and rocking chairs.
You can sit on the front porch and watch the ocean and listen the waves crashing.
The upper level is where the ocean vistas are.

The first level is where all the fun happens.
There’s a private heated inground pool 14 x 36 .($500. per week to heat the pool.)
Commercial park style charcoal grille, picnic table, and plenty of lounge chairs and seating for your event.
Just open the door from the pool and you are greeted with a entertaining area, with a huge sectional couch, and a 71 inch flat-screen TV. So the parents can savor the pool room while keeping an eye on the kids or they can just let the kids appreciate the pool and the pool room and play video games on the big screen. (Must bring your own gaming system ). At nighttime pull down the queen size Murphy bed and the game room changes to the 4th bedroom with full bath.
There is a full-size refrigerator in the pool room.
Just down the hall from the pool room, is the kids bunk room that sleeps six.
At the end of the hall there’s a Master suite, with Queen bed
and full bath.

This handsome beach home has 3000 ft.² with a enormous open floor plan.
All Bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.
This home was bespoke constructed for the owners so there’s a lot of extras: such as a soft water system, with osmosis drinking water, ( you can’t tell the difference from bottled water ).
So no more nasty beach water to drink or in your ice.
The home has a NEW washer and dryer on the second level just off the living area.
There’s a large covered porch to sit and listen to the waves, and feel the ocean breeze.

The owners ensure that all rental Guests have fresh linens, ( beds are made and ready to enjoy ).
In addition fresh towels are supplied in all bathrooms, along with starter kits of shampoo, soap and toiletries

The first and second floors are supplied in the vacation rental “ This Side Of Heaven “.
The third and fourth floors are privately held and not rented.
