Offering five bedrooms, this home has plenty of space for the entire family - including your dog -with the Atlantic Ocean just steps away.



Enter Palm Cottage IV at The Grove from the Ground Level you'll find a covered parking area fit for two. This is a entirely covered two car garage accessible from the main road. Not only can two cars comfortably sit, but you have space to spare, possibly for a motorcycle or scooter! Bask in the sun by your oceanfront pool and six person hot tub surrounded by your private full deck, tables and chairs along with lounge chairs - ideal for sun tanning! Lush foliage encloses the space and creates a tropical heaven unlike any other part of the beach. This area of the home is ideal for entertaining! And, you can step right out of the gate onto the boardwalk and then the beach. Keypad-controlled beach gate secures property yard. Foot wash also available at beach entrance. A Gas Grille is also available - ideal for evening cookouts!



You may enter Level One from the elevator, stairs in the garage or the stairs leading to the first level front porch. Stepping into an open area, this level is complete with 3 of the 5 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a striking ocean view with a Queen Bed, Flat screen TV, closet and direct deck access. Bedroom 2, not lacking in appeal, also has an ocean front view, Queen Bed, Flat screen TV, closet, and direct access to the deck. A full bath is located directly outside of these two bedrooms. Down the hall there is a washer and dryer, conveniently located for you and your family to drop your attire from a day at the beach or pool. Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin Beds, Flatscreen TV, Private Full Bathroom, closets complete the rooms on this level.



Level Two features open concept kitchen, living and dining areas. The gourmet kitchen features a dine at bar and granite counter tops, a double sink, dishwasher and range. Unwind with a Intelligent TV (with access to your Netflix, Amazon, etc) in the oceanfront living area, or step out onto the covered deck and take in the Ocean vistas. Dine together in style just steps away from the ocean breeze or step out onto the soundside balcony off of the dinning room. You'll also find a half bath on this floor for your convenience.



Head up the stairs (or hop onto the elevator!) and kick back on Level Three. Once here, you'll find the specious Master Suite (Bedroom 4) and Bedroom 5. The over-sized Master Bedroom 4 getaway features cathedral ceilings, King Bed, Flat screen TV and a private bath with granite counter tops, double sinks, huge step in shower and a private deck overlooking the coastline. Master Bedroom 5 is on the soundside of the home and offers a Queen Bed, Flat screen TV and features a private full bath. Appreciate the ocean and sound vistas on the four balconies - 3 on the ocean side and one on the sound side! This home has also been outfitted with your kids and family pets in mind.

Conveniences Include: For Kids- Pack N Play, Bed Rails (2 sets), High Chair/Booster Chair System (Graco 4 in 1 chair) multiple kid place settings (bowl, cup, plate, spoon & fork) and Step Stool for kids to reach the sink. For Animals - Feeding bowls.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

-Even though this is a keyless rental, guests must stop by the AB check-in office to pick up the overflow parking pass and garage door opener.

-The fireplace is not to be used.

-Three Car Max (up to 2 in the garage and 1 in the Palm Cottage Overflow Parking directly across from unit in the corresponding space).

-Please use the dumpster at Hang 10 Doughnuts to dispose of Trash during your stay.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
