These condominiums offer great amenities that the whole family can appreciate! You will have access to the outdoor swimming pool (open during the season), tennis courts, outside grilles, and outside showers. Let's not forget the great vistas you will see staying at Pier Pointe Condominiums. You will see splendid vistas of the ocean and the sound. You can also take advantage of the oceanfront walkways with covered seating overlooking the ocean. Each building is 3 stories each with 6 condos per building. No elevators.

Pier Pointe 5B-3 is a gorgeously decorated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanfront condo. Bedroom # 1 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom # 2 has a twin over queen bunk with a twin trundle under the queen. Central Heat & Air. 2 Color Cable TVs, DVD Player, CD Player. Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer. Open Deck with Furnishings

  • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to confirm you have not forget any personal items. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
