Queens Court 1203 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath Angled, Second Floor Oceanfront Condo with gate card only access and building elevators! This condo is fondly known as Teachers’ Parlor!

It has High-Speed Wireless Internet, 3 TVs , Central Air/Heat, a Washer/Dryer. QC 1203 is Infant friendly! This condo provides a Portable Crib/Mattress, a Pack in Play, a High Chair, an Infant Bath Tub, a Toddler Bath Seat, and an Umbrella Stroller! Recently refreshed Coffee maker and added Yo-Link water leak detection system. You will also have access to a secure ground-level storage room to store your bicycles and fishing/beach gear without worry! Appreciate a fabulous vacation at Teachers Parlor!

Living Area has a Queen Sleep Couch. Dining Area with seating for four and additional bar seating for 3. The living room also features a Intelligent TV on which guests can log in to their Netflix accounts for streaming!

The kitchen/bar area has a Microwave, Fridge/Icemaker, Oven, & Dishwasher. The Kitchen is also outfitted with a Crock-Pot, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, hand mixer, blender, can opener, beach cooler, Britta water pitcher/filters as well as plastic silverware, and cups for kids.

Master Bedroom #1 has a King bed, private bathroom with a sizable shower and grab bar. Bedroom #2 has a Double/Twin Bunk Set and a bathroom with a tub & grab bar with hall access. Both bedrooms feature tinted windows to increase darkness at nighttime and reduce heat during the day.

Additional Conveniences: Intelligent TV with access to various streaming platforms via guest long-in, 3 DVD Players, Extensive movie collection for all ages, a Stereo with 5-Disc CD Changer, and answering machine

NOTE: Open flame grilles and electric grilles are not allowed on decks or under the buildings. Please use the community grilling area park-style charcoal grilles supplied.

Queens Court is an Oceanfront Condominium Complex within walking distance, not only to the ocean but to the water slide, miniature golf, eateries, shopping, go-carts, arcades & more!

New Sport Court for tennis, badminton, pickleball, basketball, cornhole & putting green (facility only – equipment is not included), outdoor swimming pool (pool typically open May 15 - October 15 9am - 9pm), Grilling Area, Oceanfront Gazebo with seating, Private Beach Access Walkway, and Outside Showers. Please Note: Fire pit and clubhouse are for owner use only.

PARKING INFORMATION:

● Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes.
● Golf Carts and boat/trailer parking are Not Permitted on Queens Court Grounds.

Linens and Towels supplied with Beds made for Weekly stays - please bring your own crib sheets; they are not included with linen package.

No Family Animals.

Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
