Pier Pointe 3B2 is a gorgeously decorated Second floor Oceanfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo. The dining area offers six seats for the family to eat and appreciate the handsome view of the ocean. The Kitchen/Bar Area has been freshly refreshed with all new appliances. The kitchen features a Keurig and traditional coffee maker and is well outfitted for all your culinary needs. The bar has two stools. Across from the Kitchen there is a Wet Bar. Living Area has a TV.

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with ample under-bed storage for suitcases, TV, and Private Bath with huge Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, TV and blackout shades. There is an additional Full Bath in the Hallway. The beach front balcony is covered and offers unobstructed broad vistas of the beach and elegant sunset vistas in the evening. If you get lucky, you may be able to spot the dolphins swimming in the morning from the balcony or dinning room table. Central HVAC. 3 Cable TVs.

The Pier Pointe Condo Community is located in the beautiful town of Emerald Isle! The condo is located near a Lifeguard stand (please check with local authorities to determine lifeguard hours). These condominiums offer a slew of magnificant amenities that the whole family will be sure to savor! Each building at Pier Pointe is 3 stories high and contains 6 units. Please note that elevators are not available at this location.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
