Level 1: The completely covered and furnished decks provide an opportunity to take in the handsome vistas of the Crystal Coast at every turn! The open concept kitchen leading into the living area is ideal for gathering after a day at the beach or conversiving while a meal is prepared. Not to mention the ocean vistas are impeccable from every angle in the home! This refreshed kitchen is entirely equipped with a refrigerator, an ice maker, a microwave, dishwasher, oven, slow cooker, Keurig coffee maker, coffee maker, waffle maker, ice cream maker and a blender. Bedroom #1 includes a king bed with TV and a shared bath to the hall.

Level 2: Bedroom #2 includes a queen bed, a twin bed, a TV and a shared bathroom with Bedroom #3 that includes a queen bed and deck access. Bedroom #4 includes a queen bed with a private bath, a TV and deck access.

Level 3: Provides countless entertainment with a game room that includes a dart board and foosball table!

Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
