Convenient beach access is just steps away from Southwinds F16 with the community walkway to the beach. Not feeling the beach? Head to the community pool and soak up all the sun!

Total linens includes 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Double Sleeper Couch.

The kitchen comes completely-equipped with a refrigerator with attached ice maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and Keurig coffee maker to make home cooked meals and your morning coffee painless and accessible to you and your event throughout your stay.

Additional Conveniences: This condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. Intelligent TV with access to streaming apps for your viewing enjoyment.

Community Features: The community of Southwinds has two outdoor swimming pools, community grilling, a picnic table area, a private walkway to the beach solely allocated to the complex, EV charging stations, community outdoor showers to rinse off after a day of sand and sea!
