Ground level roomy conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a fabulous beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds A-207 is a 2nd floor 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo. Living area is gorgeously welcoming with a oceanside style and access to the balcony with Atlantic Ocean vistas.Dining area. Kitchen/Bar Area with Fridge, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private en-suite full bath.

Bedroom #2 has a King bed, TV, and access to the shared full bath.

Bedroom #3 has 2 sets of Twin bunkbeds, TV, and access to the shared full bath.

Conveniences Include: 4 Intelligent TVs with access to streaming apps, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Coffee Maker, Fridge, Stove/Oven, Microwave & Dishwasher. Covered balcony with furnishings.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Linens and Towels supplied with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC.
