This unit is uniquely laid out.. It offers 2 bedrooms.. each with a queen bed complete with linens. One has a glider rocker the other has loveseat. There is a 1/2 bath in the unit and just through an interior door is a 3/4 bath as well.. towels, etc included. A entirely equipped full kitchen and dining for 4. We are located away in the country 10 min from downtown New Bern, the Neuse River, Trent River and only 1 hour from 3 different beaches. We offer short and long term units. NO FAMILY PETS ACCEPTED IN THIS UNIT. $250 per pet charge should you ignore this rule. This unit is in a home which is connected to another unit. One 1 of the bedrooms is backed up to the laundry room. Neither side can access the other without both sides unlocking the door.

  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a wonderful time? Most rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
