This is a 240 sq ft rooftop studio condo in a historic building in the center of downtown Beaufort. This unit has been completely remodeled and designed and includes a comfortable queen bed with a Kitchenette and handsome mosaic tile work in the shower and floors. There is a rooftop deck overlooking the harbor where you can appreciate sunrises or sunsets with your coffee or drinks.
