Atlantic Beach just made #16 in the list of Top 100 Beaches in the United States, beating out even beaches in Hawaii! Truly a hidden gem, as this part of the island doesn't have public access, beyond a few cars, so it's just folks staying right there. https://www.wect.com/2023/06/21/100-best-beach-towns-us/

Full kitchen, enormous 36' x 12' patio with charcoal grille and huge sectional, multiple rocking chairs, and porch swing, dining area, living room, full bathroom, queen bedroom, dual twin bedroom, two rollaway beds, laundry in unit, beach outdoor shower. Home away from home!

The entire unit of the duplex will be yours. This property is smoke-complimentary, meaning you must leave the property completely if you wish to smoke. This is a pet-complimentary property.

My favorite spot in the home is the massive 36' x 12' patio with the porch swing, and humongous sectional seating area. I adore that I can hear the waves crash from here.

Getting the best rental home value:

  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. • Summer is high season in Atlantic Beach. Reserve your Beaufort, NC rental in Fall or Spring months to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers frequently offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Often, property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Beaufort, NC area visitors guides which include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

  • To make certain that damages aren't attributed to your visit, inspect for any problem areas during arrival. E-mail the host immediately to report any damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be useful.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often an excellent source for finding the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Double-check the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great ratings to inspire new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your experience find their best rental home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
