Penthouse
The Penthouse is a extravagant 3,000-square-foot residence perched at the top of a triplex, offering pretty ocean and beach vistas, just steps from the shore. This gorgeous home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with elevator access straight from the parking area. At the top, the door opens to a fresh den, kitchen, and dining area. The den features tasteful décor and a 42-inch LCD with HD channels and cable. Adjacent to it is the dining space for eight, plus seating for three at the kitchen bar. The cavernous kitchen offers ample counter space, ideal for meal prep. Behind the kitchen lies the bigger master suite with a king bed, LCD TV, and private deck to appreciate evening vistas. Its en-suite bathroom includes double sinks, a stand-up shower, and a whirlpool tub. The second master has a queen bed, balcony access with ocean vistas, and a private bath. The third bedroom has a king bed, while the fourth has two twin beds. The loft includes a TV, game table, and two additional twin beds stored under the stairs. Animals are welcome.
Parking is available under the unit for four cars, with more space on Henderson Street.
