Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Lock your rental property while you're gone! Don't let crooks ruin your holiday.
  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to propel new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review.
