UPPER-LEVEL features three bedrooms, each with striking ocean vistas and ceiling fans. K R*Q 2S. Living room with 55-inch HDTV, WIFI, Apple TV, and Blu-ray DVD. Dining area seats six. Very huge master with King, cable TV, attached covered deck, and ceramic tile floor bath suite with laundry chute. All hard wood floors. Totally equipped roomy kitchen with quartz countertops, dining table which expands as needed, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, pull down ironing board and iron, card/puzzle table. Central air and heat.
LOWER-LEVEL Lower level (separate exterior entrance only) porcelain tile floor, washer/dryer, second refrigerator and microwave. Extensive sitting area with table and four chairs, 50” flat screen intelligent TV and Queen sleeper couch. One bedroom with Queen and flat screen intelligent TV, full bath, central air and heat. Outside shower (cold only), gas grille. Linens (linens, bath towels, kitchen towels) supplied with beds made. Rents Saturday to Saturday! No Animals!
