Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • In the Beaufort, NC area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.

Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
  • Find a copy of your local Beaufort, NC visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
