Total linens includes three kings, one queen, one double, one twin, and one twin bunk.

Ground Floor: There is a den on this level with a TV, a queen sleeper couch, a twin bed, a twin bunk set, a full bathroom, and patio access. Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a TV, and access to a shared bathroom.

Level One: Bedroom #2 has a double bed, a TV, and access to a shared bathroom. This level homes the main living area with a TV and deck access as well as the dining area and entirely-equipped kitchen.

Level Two: Bedroom #3 is an oceanfront room with a king bed, a TV, a private bathroom, and deck access. Bedroom #4 is another oceanfront king with a TV, a priate bathroom, and deck access. Bedroom #5 has a queen bed, a TV, and a private bathroom.

Additional Conveniences: This home has Roku access for your streaming needs. You can also appreciate sitting on a furnished deck and taking in the salty ocean breeze whenever you'd like from this beachfront marvel! (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
