Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • Summer months are high season in Emerald Isle. To get the largest rental home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Beaufort, NC restaurants and activities.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to add trip insurance.   • Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
