Duneside is a striking oceanfront getaway located in Pine Knoll Shores, offering the ideal blend of comfort and space. This cavernous 7-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is ideal for huge families or groups seeking a calming hideaway with charming vistas and painless beach access just steps away.
Designed with both functionality and style in mind, Duneside features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a well-equipped kitchen that makes preparing meals a breeze. Multiple decks on both sides of the home provide the ideal setting to appreciate sunrises over the ocean and calming evenings with the sound of the waves.
Two of the bedrooms offer king beds with private ensuite bathrooms, providing added comfort and privacy—one conveniently located on the second floor and the other on the third. The remaining bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate guests of all ages.
Duneside is also pet-friendly, making it simple to bring your furry companions along for the trip. A portion of the yard is completely fenced, offering a safe and secure space for family pets or kids to play.
Located just a short 3-min. drive from the local aquarium and close by attractions, this home provides both seclusion and convenience. Whether you're relaxing on the deck, appreciating the beach just outside your door, or exploring the surrounding area, Duneside is the ideal coastal escape for making lasting memories.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog max..
Airbnb guests: This fee should be supplied in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to make sure the pet fee(s) have been added.
Vacation Rental By Owner guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
