After a day in the sun, relax in the cozy queen-size Murphy bed and appreciate your favorite shows on the Intelligent TV. The condo also features a full-size kitchen with standard appliances, making it simple to prepare everything from a fast breakfast to a charming dinner in. The private ensuite bathroom with shower provides added comfort and convenience.



Guests also have access to a variety of Pelican’s Roost community amenities, including a gated swimming pool, picnic tables, park-style grilles, and a game room featuring a pool table and foosball table. A self-pay laundry facility is also available on-site.



Finest of all, the beach is just a 2.5-min. walk away, making it painless to spend your days appreciating the sand and surf. When you're ready to discover, you'll be conveniently close to Atlantic Beach eateries, local stores, parks, and other Crystal Coast attractions.

Ground Level:

Parking Lot, Fenced Pool Area, Park Style Grills, Game Room, Laundry Room

Studio: Queen Size Murphy Bed, Intelligent TV w/cable access, Ceiling Fan, 2 dressers, Reclining Couch.

Kitchen: Includes full size appliances, cabinet space, Keurig Coffee maker, and 2 high top chairs with expandable table.

Ensuite Bathroom: Stand-up Shower, toilet, and sink.



Parking:

Parking for two cars available in the Pelican’s Roost parking lot with supplied parking passes. No boat or trailer parking available.



Linens:

Sheets and towels will be wrapped in sealed packaging and placed on the couch next to the murphy bed.



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Off-season check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm

Check-out is by 10 am.

We adhere to this policy, so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

House Rules:

- No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette events, sororities/fraternities

- No smoking inside, outside, or in common areas downstairs

- You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Elevator Policies:

Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pool Notice:

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy:

No family pets allowed.

Per Pelican’s Roost HOA, no travelers are allowed to bring pets. Owners only.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Getting Around:

Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pivot Parking at an hourly rate). Atlantic Beach is effortlessly navigable once you're here. Our beach town is very accessible and family friendly for cars, bicycles, golf carts and walking with numerous lighted cross walks. Renting bicycles and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advanced reservations are recommended. Please keep in mind golf carts are not allowed on HWY 58 or the Atlantic Beach Causeway.
